In a low-scoring affair between the Carolina Panthers and the Washington Commanders, pitcher Bobby Villarreal was the difference between victory and defeat. The Carolina right-hander earned accolades for his stellar performance in the 3-1 Panthers win. Earning his 12th save for Carolina was Jason King.
