San Diego Makes It 11 Straight with 2-1 Win
Extra innings were needed to determine a winner at Chargers Stadium.

The San Diego Chargers topped the Houston Texans, 2-1, in 13 innings at Chargers Stadium. The game was highlighted by the performance of San Diego pitcher Eddy Canales. The Chargers, now 20-10, have been red hot.

The Chargers got a clutch hit from third baseman Jack Turner. In the bottom of the 13th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Chargers.

"To not win that game stings a little bit," said Houston manager Brett Main.
