Saints Walk Off with 2-1 Win
Pitching was the name of the game in a tight contest between the New Orleans Saints and the Dallas Cowboys. New Orleans won it, 2-1, in 10 innings. New Orleans starter Danny Rojas was in command. Edwin Flores picked up the win in relief. Sam Stuart took the loss for Dallas. The Cowboys drop to 10-10 and continue their inconsistent start to the 2002 season.

New Orleans got a clutch hit from Bill Jenkins. The right fielder launched a solo home run in the bottom of the tenth inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a kill shot.

"Danny's a gamer," said New Orleans manager Scott Claxton. "Glad he's on our side."
