Jacksonville Blanked by Tamayo, 10-0 Sunday, May 5th , 2002 Tony Tamayo was dynamite at Invesco Field at Mile High, blowing away the Jacksonville Jaguars in a shutout victory. The Denver Broncos starter had everything working as he held the Jaguars to 6 hits in the 10-0 win. "He was pure nasty out there today," said Jacksonville skipper Fred Valdez. "I don't think any team in the league would've had a chance against what he was bringing." Tamayo finished the game with 5 strikeouts and no walks.
