Manuel de Castro was a major contributor to the 10-3 Indianapolis win over Kansas City. The Colts right fielder hit 2 home runs. He drove in 6 runs and scored twice. The win gives Indianapolis a record of 6-4.

With Indianapolis trailing 2-1 in the bottom of the first, de Castro hit a cutter from Ryan Gepner for a grand slam home run. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the Colts ahead, 5-2.
