5 Straight Wins for Jets
|
The New York Jets scored a tight, 3-2 win versus the Buffalo Bills at Ralph Wilson Stadium. New York pitcher Pamphile Catenacci held his own in the contest. Now 5-7, the Bills have not played well this season.
Chris Berg had a direct impact on the outcome. Berg contributed a solo home run in the top of the fifth inning to put New York up, 3-0.
"Pamphile just settled in and did what he does," said New York manager Ben Ramirez.
