With right fielder James Drummer leading the charge, the Baltimore Ravens defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars, 6-2, at Alltel Stadium. Drummer went 4-5 with a home run and 3 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. David Morales wrapped it up, recording his 11th save.

Who knows how it would've ended, had it not been for Alex Vazquez? The 28-year old catcher Vazquez stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the seventh inning to put Baltimore up, 3-2. For the game, he was 4 for 5, including 2 doubles and 2 singles.

"We put our best foot forward tonight," said a smiling Vazquez.

The Ravens bumped their record to 21-16 with this latest triumph.
