The Buffalo Bills beat the Cleveland Browns, 9-1, at Ralph Wilson Stadium. Buffalo first baseman Leo Sanchez, who is on pace for 111 RBI this season, collected 2 singles and 1 double with 2 RBI. The Browns, 14-18, continue their poor start to the 2002 campaign.

The Bills got a big hit from catcher Jamie Robinson. Facing Cleveland pitcher Sam Persun in the bottom of the seventh, Robinson pounded a bases-clearing double to left-center. His 3rd double of the season put the Bills ahead, 8-1.
