Castaneda Now 3-0 After Beating Colts
|
In a tight tilt between Cincinnati and Indianapolis, pitcher Alex Castaneda was a key contributor. The left-hander earned accolades for his standout performance in the 1-0 Bengals win. Robert Diekmann recorded the save for Cincinnati, his 1st of the season. The loss puts Indianapolis at 15-12.
Castaneda gave Cincinnati a blue-ribbon performance. The 6-foot-1 left-hander allowed no runs on 3 hits over 8 innings of work.
"It's still just a game," said Castaneda, "whether you win or lose."
