The Atlanta Falcons beat the Dallas Cowboys, 5-4 -- though it took them 10 innings. Atlanta pinch hitter Mike Faust had a pretty good game. He went 1-1 with a triple, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. The save was credited to Chris Maria, his 5th. The Falcons, now 5-13, have not found much traction so far in 2002.

Atlanta used the timely hitting of Roberto Roman to seize the win. The first baseman stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the tenth inning to put the Falcons on top, 5-4. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"We didn't let this one get away," said Faust.
