The Houston Texans powered past the Indianapolis Colts, 10-7, at Reliant Stadium. Marcel de Kruijff provided some of the pop. He was 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 and driving in 3. The Texans, now 14-3, have played inspired baseball.

In the bottom of the eighth, the Texans grabbed the lead when de Kruijff hit his 1st home run of the season. The 2-run home run off Justin Leah made it 9-7, Houston.

"I'm trying to see the ball big, see the ball up in the zone and put the barrel on it," de Kruijff told the Houston Times.
