Houston Texans starter Todd Rowe hurled his team past the Miami Dolphins, 4-2. Miami is now 10-5.

Houston used the timely hitting of Bob Stiffler to seize the win. The left fielder stroked a 2-run single in the top of the seventh inning to put the Texans on top, 3-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"Todd was exceptional and he pitched with a purpose," said Houston manager Brett Main.
